In my 20 years in the entertainment field, I learned that my favorite part about interviewing people was creating a connection and having meaningful, deep conversations. With my life experience and certified life coaching tools, I'd love to help you through challenging times as well as expand your experiences. Talking about your most vulnerable thoughts is powerful. So often we push those thoughts aside to protect us from fear.
We can work on creating a safe space, getting clear about what you want out of life, and changing your mindset. I believe that together we can communicate and work in a way that frees you up to make space for new habits and new ways of thinking.
Together, we will Talk it Out.

My life coaching is either
over the phone or in-person depending on your location and needs.
To begin, email me and we will discuss your needs, pricing, and scheduling.
I offer hour-long sessions.
I'll have you fill out a simple intake form
so I can gather some information about you. Once we schedule our session, we get on the phone and start the process.
Our first call is more of a
"Discovery Session" where I get to know about your history, who you are, and what your goals are. It's an opportunity to connect and get to know one another.
We'll assess what you want to accomplish or work through, and come up with a plan based on my tools and experience.
We are in this together!
My pricing is very affordable compared to traditional therapy.
I‘m also aware that it‘s not a one-size-fits-all type of world when it comes to finances.
I’ve put this into consideration when coming up with my pricing.
We can discuss this over email and find something that works for you.
I offer single sessions as well as packages that allow for a discount.
I am so grateful for the privilege & opportunity to work with Nikki. I reached out on a whim when I was in a place I wasn’t sure how to navigate. Given the circumstances and Nikki’s past, I felt like she would be the perfect person to speak to for some advice. I have plenty of family around, but not many friends I can trust or that I feel comfortable enough to open up to about such personal issues.
In a time where I felt completely hopeless, Nikki was there to offer some resolve. Not provide answers to my problems, but to offer the right amount of support and guidance that I was desperately seeking. She always tells me (in a kind, loving way) not what I want to hear, but what I need to hear.
I’ve just recently overhauled the way I approach mental health & self care. The amount of love and support Nikki is able to provide is perfect for me. She’s a mix of a wise sister, supportive aunt, and best friend that I’ve been missing. I’m so lucky to have reached out at the perfect time & I look forward to what lies ahead.

Nikki and I have been working together for just over a month now and I have to say that it's like talking to an old friend. She is so easy to talk to. She has a way of getting you to feel comfortable in such a quick amount of time. I've told her things I've never told anyone. She's helping me with my relationship, my self worth, and my work issues. She's the perfect combination of friend and accountability coach Daniel K- Los Angeles
Nikki has become my lifeline. Her ability to tune in to my sadness and also help me find a way to pull myself out of the bad habits that I've created, is wonderful. I had a hard time finding a therapist in my area and couldn't financially afford a long term commitment. Nikki is very flexible and able to work around my schedule. She understood my pregnancy loss and the effects it's had on my marriage more than any friend or family member. She's been my touchstone and I'm grateful beyond words.

Life is hard. It's important to have people in your life that you can confide in and trust. For some people it's their spouse, or their best friend. For others it's a higher power, or nature. I try to have all of those tools in my toolbox to tackle life when it gets hard. However, I'm most grateful for my "person". My go-to human for all things tough, challenging, shitty, celebratory, unsettling, joyful and gut-wrenching. Life stuff. My person is open. My person is honest. My person is real. My person listens like nobody else does. My person laughs with me, cries with me and understands me when life is a little harder than normal. My person consoles. My person has a way of lending advice in the way I need it. My person just knows. My person knows when to shut up, and they know when to speak. When times are confusing or sad or just plain sucky I'm so grateful to have a person. I've often thought, "man, I need a fucking life coach". But what I didn't realize was that I already had one. I have my person. I have my Nikki B. She is so much more than a good-listener though. She uses humor and sarcasm when it's needed. And she uses softness and nurturing when needed. Thank you for always having the right words when I'm at a total loss. Thanks for allowing me to open up and share even when I didn't know I needed to. And lastly, thank you for listening and offering the most kind, yet raw and thoughtful advice I never knew I needed.
